MAKE A LITTLE SPACE
Only tiles directly above, below, left, or right of the empty square can move. Click or tap one to slide it. With the board focused, arrow keys move the empty square in that direction. Tab and Enter also let you choose a tile.
Try organizing the top row, then working down. Sometimes you need to move a correctly placed tile to make room. There is no move limit or time limit.
Solve a board to celebrate and unlock Next level. Each difficulty has ten levels with progressively longer random shuffles. Shuffle length is not a guaranteed minimum solution length; some boards will feel easier than others.
Undo reverses a move and its move count. Restart resets the same board and timer. New shuffle makes a different starting board for the current level. Changing difficulty or refreshing starts at level one. Mini mode preserves the current run.
Each board starts solved and is shuffled through legal moves. That means a route back to the solution always exists. A puzzle never starts already solved.
You complete that difficulty and can play a fresh set or switch to a different board size. New shuffles keep the levels varied. No progress is stored after refreshing.
Pause hides the board and stops the timer. Leaving the game window or switching tabs pauses a started game. Return and choose Resume when you are ready. Once loaded, play needs no network connection; reloading offline is not supported.
